How to french manicure on short nails demonstrates how I apply acrylics on short nails using the french tips. In this video, tips are premade with a blue tint. Apply using ultra clear acrylics to show off the blue tips better. with short nails, you cannot have too much tips, which will not balance the nail bed. Often, I prefer to have the blue tips cut off about 1/4 of the total nail bed length. The pink section of nail bed will the be better balanced, due to short nails.
